There are apps that you can use to get by. I ran my business for a few years at first with no dedicated CRM. With that said; after getting DripJobs I wish I would have earlier. Once you get everything set up with templates and production rates it makes writing estimates so much easier and SO much faster. Also having the job cards for each stage in the sales/job pipeline makes it so easier to keep things organized. IMO you gotta look at what your labor rate is, and then how much time it will save you each month. Time is money, and for me, it was a no-brainer.
This is awesome. It helped me re-engage with 3 clients that went cold about 3 months ago. Total game changer.
Also, it makes you look so much more professional. I have been complimented multiple times on how much more professional we are than other companies in my area, and DJ is a large part of that. Perception is reality unfortunately.
I'll put it this way. If you don't have it, you're behind. It has literally everything you could possibly need. The proposals alone are worth it.
I switched from another CRM and the difference is night and day. DripJobs actually understands how painters work. The drip campaigns alone have closed me 6 extra jobs this quarter that I would have lost.
Setup took me maybe 20 minutes and I was sending proposals the same day. My customers love the professional look. My close rate went from about 35% to over 50% in the first two months.
